I get so excited when I walk around our gardens and especially to see the stock we now have available.
We just have so many fantastic plants!!!
This summer I have been trying tea's. Anything from Agrimony, self heal to peach tree leaf (which smells like cherries in a fruit cake).
To impress, Basil mint is still one of my favorites and is the herb that when used with new potatoes has my guests walk in the door, sniff and ask "what is that fantastic smell". Makes me seem like a superb cook before they taste the food.
My two year old Goji berry is now in flower and planted outside to deal with the elements. Waiting for berries!
& the Cafe..
Certainly the place to be for a relaxing lunch.
you can sit on the terrace and look over the display gardens while you enjoy a superb cup of coffee and maybe a panini or croissant.
