Herbs, or edible plants have been used for all time, as food and for treating illness. One of the main fuels the living body relies on enters via the mouth. Yes, it is good if you like it....and yes, sometimes it is good for you even if you don't like it. But vegetation, grown at it's own pace and eaten fresh and in season, is still some of the healthiest foods we can rely on.
